Inside the Olomouc Cheese Museum in Loštice, Czech Republic.

"Olomoucké syrečky or olomoucké tvarůžky is a ripened soft cheese made in Loštice, Czech Republic, which is very easy to recognize by its strong scent and yellowish colour. It is named after the city of Olomouc and contains only 0.6% of fat. It is the only original Czech cheese with a distinctive, pungent taste. This natural matured soft cheese is free of any chemical additives. The first written mention of this cheese dates back to the 15th century. The A. W. Company has been making this cheese since 1876." The so-called Old Sacristy of the Meissen Cathedral, Germany.

"The vaulting of the sacristy is carried, as in Auerbach's Keller, by a single pillar. And there, through the small, rusty-barred, ivy-smothered windows of Putzenscheiben, I caught a glimpse, across the Elbe, of red crags and green meadows, and my friend the windmill still spinning eagerly on the sky-line. With a right good will my pfennigs dropped into a box marked „For the Heathen,‶ poor people who could not see such things." (Robert Haven Schauffler: Romantic Germany, 1909).
